United Kingdom Industry News14/09/2010UNITE Chooses Mansell For £22.3m Student Sydney Cbd Accommodation Project UNITE has awarded Mansell a £22.3 million project to construct seven multi-storey student Sydney Cbd Accommodation blocks at Mansfield Hall in Reading. The development will comprise part traditional and part modular build of 604 bedrooms, 132 kitchens and 36 stair modules. A central reception and common room will also be constructed. The project is aiming to achieve a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating.- – - – - – Advertisement – - – - – -The works also include the demolition and clearance of the existing buildings and road widening.
